DESCRIPTION: 
This course offers practical and theoretical guidance on effectively engaging with troubled youth in the classroom. Participants will explore concepts related to juvenile delinquency, learn methodologies for addressing behavioral issues, and visit centers that specialize in working with troubled youth. The course includes sessions on leadership, communication strategies, and interactive brainstorming to enhance skills for managing challenging behaviors and fostering a supportive learning environment.

  • Understand the concept of juvenile delinquency and its impact on troubled youth. 
  • Learn methodologies and strategies for effectively managing troubled youth in the classroom. 
  • Gain insights from visits to centers that work with troubled youth. 
  • Develop leadership skills and techniques for interacting with troubled youth. 
  • Enhance communication skills and strategies for addressing behavioral challenges. 
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions to explore solutions and approaches for working with troubled youth.
