HOW TO ATTEND STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES IN THE CLASSROOM
DESCRIPTION:
This course is designed to equip educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively support students with disabilities in the classroom. Participants will explore modern concepts of disability, competency assessment, and quality criteria for educational settings. The course also focuses on improving the labor market situation for individuals with disabilities, including defining appropriate job profiles and visiting institutions that support these individuals. Practical sessions and discussions will enhance understanding and application of inclusive education practices.
OBJETIVES:

- Assess competencies and interests of students with disabilities to tailor support.
- Learn internal and external quality criteria for educational support.
- Develop strategies to improve the labor market situation for individuals with disabilities.
