DESCRIPTION: 
This course focuses on developing effective strategies to bridge the gap between school and employment, preparing students for successful transitions into the workforce. Participants will explore the importance of building these bridges, understand various methodologies, and examine the role of both schools and society in this process. The course will also cover motivation techniques for students and teachers, and best practices for implementing successful transition programs.

OBJETIVES: 

  • Understand the importance and concept of building bridges from school to employment. 
  • Learn methodologies for facilitating the transition from education to the workforce, including European 20-20 strategies. 
  • Examine the role of schools and society in preparing students for employment. 
  • Develop techniques to motivate students towards achieving successful employment outcomes.
  • Explore strategies to motivate teachers in supporting the transition from school to employment. 
  • Identify best practices for creating effective programs and initiatives that bridge the gap between education and employment.
