HOW TO IMPROVE ANTICIPATED SKILLS IN THE SCHOOL

DESCRIPTION: 
This course focuses on effectively managing a culturally diverse classroom by enhancing participants’ understanding of cultural diversity, inclusive teaching practices, and strategies for fostering a positive learning environment. Participants will engage in activities and workshops designed to build cultural awareness, improve communication, address stereotypes, and implement culturally responsive teaching methods. The course includes practical sessions on lesson planning, role-playing, and developing action plans for inclusive education.

OBJETIVES: 

    • Understand the fundamentals of cultural diversity and strategies for building inclusive classroom environments. 
    • Develop effective cross-cultural communication skills and collaborative learning techniques. 
    • Address and challenge prejudices and stereotypes while promoting empathy and understanding. 
    • Implement culturally responsive teaching practices and differentiated instruction techniques. 
    • Reflect on personal experiences, develop action plans for culturally inclusive classrooms, and share feedback. 
    • Participate in the closing ceremony and receive certification for course completion.

AIFED is a local organization that operates in the fields of training, culture, and employment in Granada, Spain since 2007. Our association develops programs and employment support activities, promotes the development and promotion of volunteer programs, and supports the integration of e-learning into education and vocational training. We also aim to bring citizens closer to European institutions through our participation in European programs.
